These terms govern your use of Landingnet — the website at landingnet.io and the application at app.landingnet.io. Trading crypto is risky. Please read this carefully before you connect a wallet.
Crypto and perpetual futures trading involves the risk of total loss of your funds. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Past performance of any trader you mirror does not predict future results. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
01Acceptance
By accessing the site or the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Landingnet.
02What Landingnet is — and what it isn't
Landingnet is a self-custodial copy-trading and trading-terminal interface built on Hyperliquid. We provide software that helps you discover traders, mirror their positions, and use advanced order types — all signed from your own wallet.
Landingnet is not:
- a broker or a securities dealer;
- an exchange or a custodian;
- a money-services business or a payment processor;
- an investment adviser or a financial planner;
- a counterparty to your trades.
Hyperliquid is the venue. Your wallet is the account. We are software.
03No financial advice
Everything published on Landingnet — leaderboards, statistics, copy-trade configurations, blog posts, documentation, and the UI itself — is for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Decisions you make based on this information are your own.
04Self-custody
You — and only you — control your wallet, your keys, and your funds. Landingnet has no ability to:
- access, freeze, seize, or recover your funds;
- execute trades without your signed authorisation;
- reset a lost seed phrase or hardware wallet PIN.
Protect your seed phrase and private keys accordingly. If you lose them, no one — Landingnet, Hyperliquid, or anyone else — can recover your assets.
05Eligibility
You may use Landingnet only if:
- you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18 in most places);
- you are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or where access to decentralised perpetual-futures markets is prohibited;
- you are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, or the United Kingdom.
It is your responsibility to know the laws of the jurisdiction you trade from.
06Risk disclosure
- Total loss is possible. Leveraged perpetuals can be liquidated; your collateral can go to zero.
- Copy trading is not safe trading. Mirroring a profitable trader does not make their trades profitable for you — sizing, timing, fees, and slippage all differ.
- Sub-second execution is observed, not guaranteed. Network conditions, RPC latency, and Hyperliquid congestion can all introduce delays.
- Smart-contract risk. Hyperliquid contracts may contain bugs. We do not control them.
- Counterparty risk on-chain. Even self-custodial systems depend on the underlying protocol's continued operation.
07No warranty
Landingnet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, profitability of any strategy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Statistics shown on the site (latency, uptime, volume mirrored) reflect observed historical values and are not service-level commitments.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landingnet, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for:
- trading losses of any kind;
- losses caused by Hyperliquid downtime, bugs, exploits, or chain reorgs;
- losses caused by your wallet being compromised, lost, or misused;
- losses caused by third-party software (wallets, RPC providers, browser extensions);
- indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Landingnet, its operators, and contributors disclaim all liability arising out of or related to the use of the protocol, including but not limited to trading losses, smart contract failures, exploits, wallet compromises, third-party services, or protocol downtime. Users access and use the protocol entirely at their own risk.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or app to violate any law or sanctions regime;
- attempt to access non-public parts of our infrastructure;
- scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data at a rate that degrades service for others;
- use Landingnet to facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, or fraud;
- reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our code without permission.
10Intellectual property
The Landingnet name, logo, UI, and original written content are our intellectual property. On-chain data, market data, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of your wallet, your strategies, and your trades.
11Third-party services
Landingnet integrates with third-party services including Hyperliquid (the trading venue), your wallet provider (MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect, hardware wallets, etc.), Umami (anonymous analytics), and Google Fonts (font delivery). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those parts of the experience.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the landing page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be bumped. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands.
