Terms of Service

Last updated 3 September 2026

These Terms govern use of Landingnet — landingnet.io, app.landingnet.io, and related bots, notifications, APIs, and wallet features (the Service). Read them before connecting a wallet, enabling a bot, or placing a trade.

Risk warning

Crypto-assets and perpetual futures trading can result in total loss of your funds. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. Copy trading may execute at different prices, sizes, and times from the source trader. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing in the Service is financial advice.

01Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

02What Landingnet does — and does not do

Landingnet provides software for discovering public trading activity, configuring automated strategies, and submitting orders to supported third-party protocols. Depending on the feature you choose, the Service may work with a wallet you connect or a Managed Wallet made available through the Service. Hyperliquid and other third parties are independent and may impose separate terms.

Landingnet is not, and does not hold itself out as:

We do not endorse, verify, rank as suitable, or guarantee any source trader, strategy, asset, trade, signal, or outcome. All leaderboards, backtests, statistics, copy-trade configurations, documentation, and interface content are informational only.

03Eligibility and restricted use

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18, can enter into a binding agreement, and may lawfully use the Service from your location. You represent that you are not subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions and will not use the Service in breach of law, regulation, or third-party terms. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use and trading activity are lawful.

04Wallets, permissions, and Managed Wallets

Connected wallets and subaccounts

When you connect an external wallet, you are responsible for its keys, recovery phrase, device security, and all signatures you approve. If you approve a Landingnet trading agent or builder fee on a supported subaccount, you authorise that agent to submit the trading actions permitted by that approval, subject to the parameters of your active bots. The scope, maximum fee rate, and revocation controls shown in the relevant wallet or Service interface govern that permission.

For connected wallets, Landingnet does not have authority to access your recovery phrase or private key; withdraw assets through the trading-agent approval; trade on an unapproved subaccount; or charge a builder fee above the maximum rate you approved.

Managed Wallet features

If you opt into a wallet created, provisioned, or operated through the Service (a Managed Wallet), the relevant interface will disclose its controls and any withdrawal flow before use. You authorise us and our infrastructure providers to perform the technical actions needed to operate that feature and to process a withdrawal that you explicitly initiate to the destination you specify. Managed Wallets can involve different operational and security risks from a connected self-custodial wallet; availability, signing infrastructure, access controls, and withdrawal processing may fail or be delayed.

05Copy trading and automated execution

A copy-trading bot monitors the source traders you select and may submit orders to your approved account according to your configuration. You remain solely responsible for selecting source traders, setting size and risk limits, monitoring positions, and pausing, disabling, or revoking a bot or agent when appropriate.

Copying mirrors observed activity, not results. We do not guarantee that every source order, cancellation, fill, adjustment, or close will be detected or copied; that your execution will match the source trader’s price, size, leverage, time, or P&L; that risk controls will prevent loss; or that a bot update, pause, deletion, or revocation will close existing positions. Network latency, data delays, partial fills, liquidity, funding, liquidation, source-trader behaviour, and protocol or infrastructure failures may materially affect an order. A bot may trade while your browser is closed; you must manage open positions directly on the relevant protocol.

06Fees and taxes

Landingnet may charge builder or execution fees for trades submitted through the Service. Current Landingnet fees and volume discounts are described in the Fees & Limits documentation or the Service interface. They are additional to protocol, network, wallet, bridge, funding, and other third-party fees.

You are responsible for reviewing the fee approval shown before signing it, all costs of your activity, and all applicable taxes, reporting, and filings. We may change Landingnet fees prospectively by updating the applicable interface or documentation; any new wallet approval required by the protocol remains subject to your confirmation.

07Risk disclosure

Only trade amounts you can afford to lose. You are responsible for independently assessing all risks before using the Service.

08Data and third parties

Trading data, leaderboards, analytics, backtests, and other information may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. Public blockchain activity is inherently visible to others; we cannot make your on-chain activity private. The Service may rely on Hyperliquid, wallet providers, RPC providers, analytics, messaging tools, and other third parties. Their services, data, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control and your use of them is at your own risk.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, sanctions, or third-party terms; facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; circumvent rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or fee mechanisms; access non-public systems or degrade the Service; or reverse engineer, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit the Service except where mandatory law permits it. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access or bots where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

10Intellectual property and feedback

The Landingnet name, logo, interface, software, and original content are owned by Landingnet or its licensors. You retain rights in your wallet, transactions, and content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and use information you provide solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

11Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will use reasonable means to provide notice through the Service or website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending access, deleting a bot, or revoking an agent does not cancel orders already submitted or close positions already open. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDINGNET, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ASSETS, OR LOSS ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOLS, WALLETS, OR INFRASTRUCTURE. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO LANDINGNET FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

13Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Landingnet and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your content, instructions, trades, and transactions.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15General terms and contact

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented for a specific feature, form the entire agreement between you and Landingnet regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, acquisition, or transfer of the Service.
