Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

Landingnet does not ask for your name, email address, or KYC information to use a connected wallet. We do, however, process wallet identifiers and the technical data needed to operate the Service. This policy explains what we process and why.

The short version. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers. The public website uses cookie-less analytics. The application stores limited local data and server-side wallet, bot, and order information necessary to provide automated trading. A Managed Wallet feature necessarily uses encrypted signing material to operate the wallet.

01Who we are

Landingnet ("we", "us", or "Landingnet") operates landingnet.io, app.landingnet.io, and related services. Contact us about this policy at contact@landingnet.io.

02Information we process

Website usage and technical data

Application and trading data

Managed Wallet data

If you choose a Managed Wallet feature, we process the wallet's public address and encrypted private-key material required to sign the limited transactions supported by that feature. We do not store the decrypted private key as an application value or expose it through the API. A Managed Wallet is operationally different from a wallet you connect yourself; see the applicable feature disclosures and our Terms of Service.

What we do not ask for. We do not require a name, postal address, email address, government ID, seed phrase, or wallet password for a standard connected-wallet account. A wallet address can nevertheless be linkable to a person in some circumstances, so we treat it as data that requires care.

03How we use information

We do not sell data, use it for behavioural advertising, or build advertising profiles.

04Cookies and local storage

The public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The application may store limited information in your browser to maintain your session and preferences. Removing browser storage or switching wallets may end a session. Third-party services may use their own technologies under their own policies.

05On-chain data and third parties

Hyperliquid and other supported blockchains or protocols are public systems. Wallet addresses, positions, transactions, and trading activity may be visible to anyone independently of Landingnet. We use service providers such as Hyperliquid, wallet providers, RPC and infrastructure providers, Umami, Google Fonts, and optional messaging providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide the Service, protect users and systems, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your connected wallet, device, recovery phrase, and any third-party account. For Managed Wallets, encrypted key material is handled through dedicated wallet infrastructure and is not returned through the application API.

07Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and comply with our legal obligations for the Service. Retention depends on the data type: active account, bot, order, and wallet records may be retained while the account or feature remains active; security logs are retained for a limited operational period; and public blockchain data may remain permanently available on the relevant network. We may retain limited information after deletion where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some requests may be limited because wallet and trading data are public on-chain, required to perform the Service, or must be retained for security or legal reasons.

To make a request, write to contact@landingnet.io from a channel that lets us reasonably verify your connection to the relevant wallet. We aim to respond within 30 days where applicable law requires it.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our data practices or the Service change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, use reasonable means to provide notice through the Service or website.
