Landingnet is built on a simple principle: your keys, your funds, your trades. We never custody your assets, we never see your private keys, and we don't track you across the web. This page explains what limited, non-personal information we collect when you visit landingnet.io.
The short version. We don't hold your money. We don't ask for KYC. We don't set any cookies. No Google Analytics, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting. We use Umami — a privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics tool — to see how the site is performing without identifying you.
01Who we are
Landingnet (referred to as "we", "us", or "Landingnet") operates the website at landingnet.io and the application at app.landingnet.io. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at contact@landingnet.io.
02What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and only two — both anonymous:
- Aggregate usage stats. Page views, referrer, country (derived from IP), and device type. Measured by Umami — an open-source, privacy-focused analytics tool: no cookies are set, no fingerprint is computed, no user-identifying token is stored on your device.
- Server access logs. Standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) generated by our web server for abuse prevention and basic operational monitoring. Not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
What we explicitly do NOT collect: wallet private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, signed transactions, or any custody of your funds. Landingnet is fully self-custodial. Your wallet stays in your control.
03How we use it
- To measure traffic and improve the product roadmap.
- To diagnose bugs and performance issues.
- To detect and prevent abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles of individual users.
04Third parties
We use a deliberately small number of third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you interact with their parts of the page:
- Umami — anonymous, cookie-less analytics. See Umami's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — font delivery (Geist, JetBrains Mono) over Google's CDN.
05Cookies
We don't set any cookies on landingnet.io. Not strictly-necessary, not preferences, not analytics, not advertising. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
06On-chain data
Hyperliquid is a public blockchain. Any wallet address you connect, any trade you execute, and any position you hold are visible on-chain to anyone who looks. Landingnet does not publish, broadcast, or amplify your on-chain footprint beyond what the network itself already exposes — but we cannot make on-chain activity private. If on-chain privacy matters to you, consider using a wallet dedicated to trading.
07Data retention
Aggregate Umami analytics are retained for up to 12 months and then either rolled up to monthly totals or deleted. Server access logs are kept for up to 30 days for operational purposes and then discarded. We do not retain any personal identifiers.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you (in practice, almost certainly none — our analytics are anonymous).
- Request correction or deletion of that data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@landingnet.io. We aim to respond within 30 days.
09Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we change this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the landing page.
